Lake in the Woods Homeowners Association has annual assessments which are collected in March, covering the fiscal year (March - Feb). Please contact the LITW Treasurer to inquire about the amounts of the annual assessments.

In accordance with the Bylaws of the HOA, there is also a fee assessed upon title transfer which is due from the buyer at closing. That fee is equal to two times the annual assessment rate that is effective at the time of home sale. This fee is separate from any annual assessments, and the buyer is responsible for paying the next annual assessment the following March.

Buyers and sellers of homes in our neighborhood should share the LITW Treasurer’s contact information with their realtor and title company.
