The LITW Bylaws are legal documents created when the Association was formed. They consist of a Constitution, a Declaration of Restrictions, and various amendments to the Restrictions. These establish rules and regulations that govern Lake in the Woods Association. The laws pertain to the business of the Trustees as well as to all LITW properties. The current 39 pages include the most recent updates to the older version of our Bylaws.
